1. Nature of the Event

UrbixHub invites you to a free demonstration of our driving simulator platform. Participation does not create a contractual relationship and is limited to one (1) session per person.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Driver Training

The driving simulator is solely intended to demonstrate technological capabilities. It does not replace professional driver training and does not lead to any officially recognised qualification or driving licence.

3. Simulator Risk Disclaimer

Use of a driving simulator may cause the following symptoms:

• Dizziness, nausea, or simulator sickness ("motion sickness")
• Headaches or disorientation
• Triggering of epileptic seizures in susceptible individuals

Contraindications — please do not participate if you have:

• Pregnancy
• Known epilepsy or photosensitive seizures
• Inner ear disorders or balance impairments
• Acute cardiovascular conditions
• Severe uncorrected visual impairment
• Medication that may cause dizziness or drowsiness

Please inform UrbixHub staff before the session if you are unsure whether any contraindication applies to you. UrbixHub reserves the right to deny participation for health reasons.

4. Limitation of Liability

UrbixHub is not liable for symptoms that occur despite adherence to the safety instructions. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, and damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected (§ 309 No. 7 BGB).

5. Conduct During the Demonstration

Participants agree to follow the instructions of UrbixHub staff and to stop the simulation immediately if they feel unwell.
