2. Data Collected and Purpose

We process the following personal data during demo registration:

• First name, last name, email address: for identification and booking confirmation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract performance)
• Organisation / company, job title: to categorise participants (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• IP address, browser information, timestamps: to document legally binding consents under §305 BGB and Art. 7(1) GDPR (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation)
• Marketing consent (optional): for future UrbixHub updates (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

3. Retention Period

All personal data will be deleted within 30 days after the event (25–26 May 2026), unless you have explicitly consented to further use. Consent records (timestamp, IP, version) may be retained for up to 3 years for evidentiary purposes.

4. Data Sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties. No transfers to third countries take place.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
